BUENOS AIRES – ROD STEWART has added an exclusive, gala concert event on October 20th at Costa Salguero in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The intimate, one-night-only show will give Stewart’s biggest fans an opportunity to experience his greatest hits up-close, including, “Maggie May,” “You Wear it Well,” “Tonight’s the Night,” “You’re in My Heart,” "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy," "Forever Young" and many more.

The exclusive gala concert follows the incredible demand for tickets to Stewart’s initially scheduled concert on Saturday, October 22 at Velez Stadium and his two incredible sell-out shows at the Stadium in 2008. Well I saw the lad in Sydney back in 1974 1979, 1983, God twice in the 90's and of recent years in the 2000's and his last tour 2012. I wish I was able to get to Argentina, but I can't. But if and when Scotland get in the World Cup I am off to see this and hopefully sit next to

I saw you in 1989 for the first time (at the age of 15 years old), in 2008 for the second, and I have a cheap entry to see the third time in Velez Sarsfield Stadium.
As I am big fan of yours, would be a dream to see you and hear you sing about in this dinner show, but ticket prices are not available to me, the tickets are too expensive for me (ask for a loan from a bank but I think there's no time...what a pity!).
Also, I'll see far into the stadium! But I'll see you!!

To whoever reads this among Rod's Staff.
My name is Clara, I'm from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I'm a huge fan of Rod's music. I'm a writer, and I'm working on a book that includes several stories about my encounters with people who inspire me. Specially musicians and writers. It all started because it happened more than once naturally, running into them intensely. If there was any chance, it would be wonderful if I could just spend a few minutes with Rod when he comes to Argentina. I only need to ask him a few questions and get a live version of himself backstage. I tried participating in a meet&greet contest here but I didn't win.
This means a lot to me, and of course he'd be able to read and check the story before being published.
This is not an interview for a TV show, it's a personal project, goal and dream. I hope you can appreciate it.
