PROMOTERS FORCED TO CANCEL ROD STEWART CONCERT IN SANTIAGO, CHILE ON 19, OCTOBER, 2011

GOVERNMENT YIELDS TO COMPLAINTS BY NEIGHBORING RESIDENTS AND SETS NEW NOISE RESTRICTIONS PROHIBITING LARGE EVENTS AT
ESTADIO BICENTENARIO

SANTIAGO, CHILE - Fenix Entertainment Group today announced that following a meeting with Intendencia Metropolitana (Onemi) they regretfully have been forced to cancel the Rod Stewart concert scheduled on 19, October, 2011. The promoter has been advised that the Government (Seremi) - after the national holidays - will instate a new resolution, which prohibits them from staging events at Estadio Bicentenario de La Florida due to noise complaints by neighboring residents.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this situation causes fans as it was beyond our control. All ticket purchasers will received a full refund for their tickets (including services charges fulfilling both Fenix Entertainment Group and Puntoticket for a resolution given by SERNAC) beginning on 21st September from the Puntoticket sales points.
